Full Time

Full-time instructors become regular employees under the Link & Motivation Group. Working hours are 40hrs/week and full benefits are provided. Opportunities for promotion and access to our stock ownership program are also available.

Part-Time
Available for:
Language NavigatorsHummingbird FacilitatorsPremium Club Facilitators

Part-time instructors must commit to a fixed teaching schedule for the duration of the contract. Hours are guaranteed and paid whether a student books into the instructor’s teaching slots or not.

Independent Contractor
Available for:
Language NavigatorsCorporate Trainers

Independent contractors may decide their own schedules and submit their availability to our scheduling team. Only booked teaching slots will be paid regardless of the number of slots opened.
